Absolutely nobody however, with your explicit permission via contact, we may at your request refer your details to other selected and trusted wedding specialists (e.g. photographers, cake makers etc) if you have asked for us to do so after expressing an interest in receiving information from other suppliers.

How long we retain your data

We hold your data such as Name, address, contact details and wedding footage for 12 months after the date of your wedding. This is part of your purchase warranty in the event you have lost your footage or in the unlikely event it has become damaged in some way. Only when permission is granted will be retain your footage for longer if this has been agreed to be used as marketi

What rights you have over your data

If you have contacted us, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data and footage we hold at any time. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Emails and content within contact forms may be checked through an automated spam detection service but aside from that they are delivered directly to us where access is restricted to administrators of Diamond Film.
